What is Pasabuy?

Pasabuy is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects Filipino buyers with travelers heading abroad. Travelers post their upcoming trips, and buyers can request items to be purchased and brought back.

How do payments work?

Currently, payments are arranged directly between buyers and travelers. Always agree on payment terms before a transaction begins. Pasabuy does not process or hold any payments.

How do I know if a traveler is trustworthy?

Check their reviews from previous transactions, their verification status, and how long they've been on the platform. Travelers with more completed trips and positive reviews are generally more reliable.

What if my item wasn't delivered?

First, contact the traveler directly through the in-app chat. If you're unable to resolve the issue, email us at pasabuysupport@gmail.com with your transaction details and we'll assist in mediating.

Can I cancel a request?

You can cancel a pending request before the traveler accepts it. Once accepted, contact the traveler to mutually agree on a cancellation before they purchase the item.

How do I report a user?

You can report a user from their profile or from within a conversation. Tap the options menu (⋯) and select "Report". You can also email us directly at pasabuysupport@gmail.com.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your posts will be anonymized to preserve transaction history for other users.

What items are not allowed?

Illegal substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, and any items prohibited by Philippine customs or the origin country's export laws are strictly not allowed on Pasabuy.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What do I do?
