Pasabuy is a peer-to-peer marketplace platform that connects travelers heading abroad with buyers in the Philippines who wish to purchase items from foreign countries. Pasabuy acts solely as a platform facilitating connections between users and is not a party to any transaction between travelers and buyers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pasabuy. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

Pasabuy does not currently process payments between users. All financial transactions are conducted directly between travelers and buyers outside the platform. Pasabuy is not responsible for any payment disputes, non-payment, or financial losses arising from transactions between users.
Users are solely responsible for agreeing on and fulfilling payment terms before a transaction begins.
Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine transaction experiences. You may not:

Pasabuy is a platform only. We do not verify the identity of users, guarantee the quality or delivery of items, or ensure the fulfillment of any transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pasabuy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any transactions conducted through it.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users or the platform, with or without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
